MonsoonOS is the white-label SaaS platform from Cactus Wash Systems for self-service car wash and dog wash operators. It manages bay equipment remotely and supports Subscription Plans, Wash on Demand, and existing onsite payment options.
MonsoonOS is built for car wash operators running self-serve bays or in-bay automatics, and for self-service dog wash operators, single-location and multi-location. It replaces coin-op kiosks, card-swipe payment systems, and on-site staff after hours.
Both options are available. Operators can either choose to use the MonsoonOS Platform app (a shared multi-tenant app that customers download once and use across every wash on the platform) or upgrade to a fully branded mobile app of their own. The fully branded option carries the operator's logo, colors, and bay names; customers never see "MonsoonOS".
Customers download the app, sign in once with Apple, Google, or email, save a payment method, and start washes from their phone. iBeacon technology verifies the customer is on-site before a wash will start. No tokens, no coins, no kiosk wait.

MonsoonOS gives customers several options: Subscription Plans (recurring monthly billing for unlimited or capped washes), Wash on Demand (pay per wash directly from the app), Rain Pay terminal payments (tap or swipe right at the machine), or your existing onsite payment options. Operators can offer any combination, and all billing is configured per location.
With Rain Pay, the integrated payment terminal from Cactus Wash Systems. Customers tap or swipe a card at the bay or station and redeem promotions right on the terminal, and a QR code on the terminal takes them to the app to join a subscription. Rain Pay pairs with Stormbox Wash Controllers and comes with competitive processing rates.
Yes. Fleet Management (called Pack Management for dog washes) gives each fleet member a personalized QR code and a 4-digit PIN. Every wash is recorded to a ledger, and the business gets one consolidated monthly invoice with a discount you define, charged automatically to a card on file or sent manually anytime.
Yes. The built-in promotion engine generates discount coupons, free washes (including timed ones that expire), QR promo codes with shareable landing pages, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. They redeem in the app or right on the Rain Pay terminal, and every redemption is tracked.
Pricing has three parts: a one-time upfront cost for Rain Pay Terminals and Stormbox Wash Controllers, a monthly subscription per Rain Pay Terminal, and a per-site software fee for either the Fleet add-on or the full MonsoonOS Wash Platform.
